Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Nanoseconds LLC (“Nanoseconds”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal information. It covers this website, the services we provide to clients, and the phone calls and text messages we send in the course of business.
1. Who we are
Nanoseconds LLC is a technology company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. We build websites, AI chat and voice assistants, software and mobile applications, e-commerce platforms and data analytics for small and growing businesses.

2. Information we collect
Website visitors
- Information you submit through our contact form — name, business name, email, phone and your message.
- Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed, used to keep the site secure and working.
Business contacts and prospects
We maintain business contact information for companies we approach about our services. This is limited to publicly available business information — business name, business address, business phone number, business email and website — obtained from sources such as public chamber-of-commerce member directories and public business listings. We do not build profiles of private individuals and we do not purchase consumer data.
Clients
For clients we hold the contact and billing details needed to deliver and invoice the service, plus the content and configuration of the website or assistant we build and host for you.
3. Telephone calls
We place business-to-business calls to companies about our services. Calls are placed manually by our staff. We do not use automatic telephone dialling systems and we do not play pre-recorded messages. If you ask us not to call again, we record that request and stop.
Where a call is recorded for quality or record-keeping, we tell you at the start of the call and you may decline.
4. SMS / text messaging
We take consent for text messaging seriously, and our systems enforce it rather than rely on good intentions.
- Consent. We send text messages only to business contacts who have given us express consent — in practice, verbal agreement given during a live telephone call, where we ask whether we may text you a link. We record the consent together with the date, time, the method by which it was given and the member of staff who obtained it. Our system blocks sending entirely where no consent is on record.
- Purpose and frequency. Messages are conversational and relate only to the service we discussed with you — typically a link to a website preview, or a reply in an ongoing conversation. We do not send marketing blasts. Message frequency varies and is low.
- Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately; consent is revoked automatically and no further messages are sent. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the details above.
- We do not sell or share mobile information. Mobile telephone numbers and consent records are never sold, rented or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Numbers are shared only with the telecommunications providers that carry the message on our behalf.
- Costs. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- Delivery. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. How we use information
- To respond to enquiries and provide quotes.
- To deliver, host, support and invoice the services a client has purchased.
- To contact businesses about our services, in line with sections 3 and 4 above.
- To keep our website and systems secure and to meet our legal and tax obligations.
We do not use personal information for automated decision-making that has a legal effect on you.
6. Sharing
We share personal information only where necessary, and never for another party’s own marketing:
- Service providers that operate our infrastructure — hosting, telephony and messaging carriers, and payment processing — acting on our instructions.
- Professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires it.
7. Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as long as the law requires. Consent and opt-out records are kept for as long as we operate messaging, because we are required to be able to evidence them.
8. Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.
9. Your choices and rights
- Ask us what information we hold about you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted.
- Opt out of calls or messages at any time, with no effect on any service you already have.
- Ask us not to contact you again at all.
To exercise any of these, email sales@nanoseconds.tech. We respond within 30 days. We do not sell personal information.
10. Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
11. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on our website.
